When I first moved into Sunshadow apartments, I thought my misery would finally be put aside, this disgraceful comfortability of living. But I guess my hypothesis was all just a bare mistaken joke! What kind of so called "circle of excellence" wanna-beed maintenance, either shows total respect by breaking into your apartment, or shows totally, truthful words to their name, by promising in a swearing reaction, that they will come fix your hopeful concerns in about 2 days. But in reality it's
about, OH SAY, 2 years!!!



One day, I walked into the ghetto(which, of course, was my apartment) and saw a tarantella (an enourmous
spider) on my wall!!! What an embarrasing disgrace to mankind!!!!!!!! Also, the burglery there is the most uncomparable disrgace in the history of the world's most ghetto places. I can't say that this place is clean in any way whatsoever, because that would just be a pure lie laid down in the face of my eyes. The help of maintenance is honestly pathetic!! Like for example, every time I stepped one foot onto the balcony, I would get disgusted by the scene of a bee hive suspended on the top corner of the wall. I asked one of the men if they would spray it, but they never came. I finally got tired of it. I was tired of living in mediocrity,
filled with agony. I truly don't recommend you buying this so called "circle of excellence."

i just moved here, its great, and super clean, your just a ---- who needs a life and a reality check, the ghetto is pine hills, not sunshadow!

THIS place is scum, the girls in the office are snakes in the grass ready to get stomped after i report them the BBB. Liars, all of them it makes me sick.

looks like the same person wrote all the bad reviews-It does'nt take much intelligence to figure that one out. Lived here for two years and will continue. Management does their job I guess thats where all the bad comments come from-the ones that dont live by the rules.
