these people tried to take my application money, and deposit, before i signed anything, you can call coroporate and ask them for yourseld, they are liars and scum, only corporate could set them strait. Kim is the worst and Maria will lie to you to get you to sign the lease. They know what they are doing, they are all snakes in the grass, if you ever and i mean EVER have problems with these ladys, call corporate, the number is: 305-596-4898
They will fix the problem and then some, these women in the office make their own rules and they need to be stopped, calling that number to complain will inform coporate of how scum my this place is. Otherwise they will step all over you. These people must be stopped, remember kim and maria and whoever else works in the office dont own anything, and there is much higher authority above them, they can and WILL be fired very soon, your help is all corporate needs. I dont like crooked apt complexes, and im sure you dont.

this is so untrue I cant even believe someone would waste their time posting corporates number. I do know that anything done in the office is per corporate and they do follow fair housing rules and regulations- thats why people do not get approved if they dont have what they need. another poor loser who cant get approved because they dont have the right stuff!!

Joon, you seem to be very concerned with what other people say...I can't believe you waste your time following up on all of these comments...why don't you just let people post what they feel is true...It must be because you work in the office.
