Nobody can make up this stuff these people do not care about you, they are rude and un compliant with anything you ask of them. There were bugs everywhere in my apartment and the carpet had some substance , it was white and flaky, i had to vaccum it several times to get it out, because of the non responsive maintenece requests i had made, i cant wait to get out, im considering breaking my lease. Any friends i bring over constantly get hassled and asked "do you even live here, if not get out" when they are lounging in the pool area and i walk to the bathroom or back to my apartment for somthing its ridiculous, they try to run a prison here. Non of my friends were black but they did have a hispanic tan, Its obvious these people are somewhat racist, they must be stopped.

We wish you would break your lease too!! why would anyone with a little bit of something there continue to live in a place they dont like and bad mouth the office. maybe they should visit the office to find out it is totally professional. Its obivious their not that level to actually have a conversation with someone.

why in the world would anyone sign the lease with so many problems-you dont sign the lease until you walk the apt. How much more bs can this so called real person make up.

How more obvious can you be , its low, and btw kim is the worst person i have ever delt with , im lucky i never signed the lease and got out when i foundout that everyone was a snake in the grass!!!! waiting to get stomped!

all the horror stories are true, gannon is undergoing a major lawsuit becuase of these"issues" and soon a new staff will be in, all i have to say is THANK GOD!

Breaking the lease is expensive and frankly who would want to give any extra money to this rathole excuse for an apartment. i woudnt

Dude, I'm guessing this ---- about sunshadow is true. All the residents I've talked to have said the same this reviewer did to some degree. We have lived here for a week, we weren't allowed to walk the apartment UNTIL THE LEASE WAS SIGNED and we walk into a toilet having serious flooding issues, broken A/C thermostat, sloppy wall paint job-- they got paint all over the windows and counter tops, and when we were hanging up our clothes in the closet we had it collapse on us later, so when we looked at the other side of the walk in closet we realized that the rails were barely hanging onto the wall. Be very careful if you choose this place. It is way too expensive for what you get, even if it sounds good at the time.
