why stay if these so called resident arent happy. They must be as smart as their rude comments. The office is professional and especially the leasing girls. They help everyone. They went out of their way to help me move in. They did go over my lease and let me know the rules which I don't have a problem obeying -too bad others don't feel the same way.

you can't just "get out" without getting penalized... you LOSE money if you just "get out" (you idiots) For those of us who don't like it, we are planning on getting out. When our lease is up... I tell everyone that I know NOT to rent at this place. It sucks. I follow the rules. I've never had a problem with the rules. It's the office staff and the lack of mainanence help... when something breaks, it get's fixed just enough to get it going again... so that in just a few weeks, it's BROKEN AGAIN! Then you have to deal with the office again!! And the more you bother them, the worse they get to you... the worse they get to you, the harder it is to get things repaired... the harder it is to get things repaired, the more you have to bother them... do you see where I am going with this?? If they'd just fix things right the first time, they'd be less aggravated by their residents. I wouldn't mind the FREAKIN raise in rent if they actually did things in a professional manner here. I don't complain about the rude noisy neighbors or the fact that their is ALWAYS trash and cigerette butts all over the walkway of my building... (beer cans, empty chip bags, empty cig boxes, CONDOM wrappers...etc.) And yet, the few times that I have actually asked them for something they have acted as if I am bothering them.
