As a manager myself for a fast food chain I do know the responsibility involved. I know that people that do not do what they are supposed to usually dont like management because we do have to enforce policies or we dont have a job, Its that simple. Sunshadow has been a great experience for me with both management and the maintenance men. P.S. I dont have bugs-if you have concerns just ask for their pest control co. and racist-Im not sure about that either-they don't even have a white person that I've seen for maintenance. KIm is the worst excuse for a manager there is, no questions. She ignored my complaints, for maintenence and yells at the residents. She needs to seek employment elsewhere.

I am a manager at Walt Disney World, and believe me, I know what it's like to have unfair complaints filed against you... HOWEVER. The office staff here at Sunshadow is NOT being judged unfairly. They have major problems - one of them being Kim. She seems to be under the impression that she is the LORD of all Sunshadow and that her reign will last forever. She really needs to consider what type of person she allows into her "kingdom"... with her attitude, and the type of residents she's allowing to rent here - she might just get herself shot. When I moved in here a year and a half ago, the apartment building next to mine was under investigation and was found to have a meth lab running inside it... A METH LAB! Okay, what's the meth addict going to do when they can no longer operate their business and can't get the object of their addiction?? They're going to want to HARM the person that they feel is responsible... hmmm... When my lease is up, I am not signing on again... this place SCARES me!! In my building, in just the short time that I have been here... EVERY apartment has changed residents. I'm not exagerating! Every single apartment has had it's renter move out and another take it's place! What does that say about the apartment complex??

Oh, please. Managers are supposed to manage. If they can't, they should be replaced by someone who can. If you're having problems managing at McDonalds by people who won't listen to you, then maybe you need to re-think your management skills and go back to flipping the burgers. It's a joke to say if the residents have pest contol issues to just tell the management. If you've been reading, you'd see that people HAVE done so and have been told that the roaches, termites, and squirrels "do not exist." That's called "denial." Well, more like "lying."
