As a resident of this complex for a year now, i can personally tell you that this place is horrendous, the scum that lives here is the worst, and talk about car vandalism. Well its bad here, period. Roberies happen here all the time , look it up in casselberry police records, you can call the casselberry local police office for more information, its free.
The office staff is extremely rude, no matter how much you try ot kiss their ass, they kick you in the face with their tempermental comments. Its just not worth living here. I mean myu AC broke, and took 2 weeks to fix,(in August) i would call and ask them to fix it, and guess what they told me: You need to stop bothering us with your problems, the maintenence assoc will come by when he is finished with more important tasks, please stop calling , and then she HUNG UP! on me, i mena it took 2 weeks! In your paper work it clearly states, emergencies (i.e. ac floods, will be taken care of within 24 hours) NOT 2 weeks KIM! The nerve of that woman, and guess who is was, KIM. The reviews are true, she is the worst and very slimy, good luck to any future residents, you will need it.
