I never owened pets, im allergic to all of them, i break out in hives and need to be hospitalized in bad cases, but its obvious the tenants before me did and i got bit by a bunch of fleas and the pet dander wasnt closeto being cleaned up , i asked maintenece and the front office staff for pest control, nicely and nothing happened, all year long! I had to spend hundreds of dollars bombing the entire apartment, it was not fun. Then when i left my lease, at the end of the 13 months lease, i was charged 300.00 pet fee, plus the monthly fee for the 13 months i was there. I told them i never owned a pet, and about my health condition, but they hung up on me, shut the door in my face and ignored me, and its still on my credit report! These people are amazing, and need a law suit, from me. And gues who treated me like garbage, who hung up and igrnored my requests for maintenence, yes Kim. Renters beware.

Well you should have hired a deep cleaner to come thru, honestly nobody there would b able 2 do what would have to be done to get all that dander out. Fleas are an issue pets or no pets & they are stubborn to get rid of. Sorry it sucked to be you!
