Anote to the office staff and owners of sunshadow, its not the price that needs to change for more business, its the staff, Kim needs to leave the office along with her rude and incompetent staff. Maybe if the ladies in the office treated people like humans more people would rent from there. Good luck with your empty apartmets, i moved from New York to get away from excessivly high priced New York lofts/apartments, now Im Un- welcomed by it again. New york is a REAL city, and casselberry is not. This place isnt anything worth a penny more than what im paying right now, if that.
I wouldnt be surprised if this place went with the "condo-fad" it probably will like 90 percent of the rest of orlando. It sickens me. What are the middle class who dont want to own a house or a motel turned condo right now, supposed to do' I guess im moving out of this worthless town. Good luck investors, you will need it when your condos are empty for years, not everyone in this world is made of money.

I must say I can't believe they are jumping the rates so high so fast, guess I am looking elsewhere!
