All the ones posting these nasty reviews on this website are just upset that they didnt following the rules the right way and were busted. I have tried looking else becuz of the price and couldnt find anything that is remotely as nice as Sunshadow, Every where else that is less is a rathole. So if you are so upset to pay prices just move out and let the ones who like living here live in peace becuz the next place you go will raise your rent as well, and if you are happy about the office staff enforcing rules then you should move to those ratholes becuz that is where you would fit in better.

I haven't see one person yet complain about having to follow rules or getting "busted" for anything. They are complaining about safety, maintenance issues, groundskeeping, and inattentive office staff and management. These are not things to "get over."
