Our mail has been stolen from a parcel locker, our boat was vandalized, the back pool has been closed for over a month AGAIN, and it's the summer. But then again when the back pool is open, it becomes a public swimming pool for Seminole County and all kinds of people show up. The apartment complex across the street made some improvements and raised their rent, so I see that gave Sunshadow an opportunity to do the same thing--but without the improvements
