the office does their job so stop putting all the blame on them. I know personally they try to accomadate everyone. Its obvious by reading reviews the same one keeps writing the same stuff. Keep up the good work Sunshadow . I moved here because I like the fact that they actually have rules and regulations. I renewed despite the high increase because I am taken care of.

Rules and regulations? What rules and regulations do they have that are actually FOLLOWED???? Why not talk about the parking nightmare, dirty grounds, crime, and buildings infested with roaches? Sorry, but a management company IS the one to blame when a complex continues to be a slum and is run inefficiently -- that's their JOB.
