lived there for one year and I have had problems but they have been taken care of by management and the maintenance staff promptly. Rent was increased but I will renew because I am taken care of.Sure hope the guy who keeps writing all the negatives really doesnt live there if hes that unhappy. It is obvious by his language it is the same one who makes all the negative comments.

Geez I have asked the management who owned this place and looked all over the internet and couldn't find anyone who admitted to owning it even Gannon doesn't admit to it on their site. Damn that is sad.
