After two years at Sunshadow, my husband and I are leaving. The complex has done nothing but go down hill. Our original apartment was towards the front of the complex and didn't have any problems. Our apartment towards the back has been nothing but. The floor of the apt. upstairs creaks horribly, the ac flooded the kitchen multiple times, the ac froze up several times in Sept. equallying outrageous electric bills. The faucet in the master bath shower stall constantly leaks and has never been fixed despite several requests. Not to mention, the going rate on a 2/2 is now 900 . With the office building/goodwill going in right beside the complex, I can only see things getting worse.
