Maria, and your terrible staff,

Im sure you know who this is, i signed a lease with your complex, and informed you that i worked for my family before signing the lease, then you called me back a few days after signing the required paper work for my new apartment, telling me that your company doesnt accept applications from people that work for family. I was completely shocked, to hear that from your mouth soncidering the first sentences i told you when you showed me around the complex was "i work for my family".

Secondly, it is illegal for you not to accept applications from people who work for their family.

Now, when i confornted you about this you threw another excuse at me, insinuating that i get paid "off of the books", or untaxed. Exactly what information did you go by to accuse me of this' You had none. I had even ggave you tax returns from my job, that were the most recent, but did not show my pay increase that i recieved recently. But you didnt care, even with a letter from the company that i work for, YES that my family runs. You simply thought that since i work for my family they must be lying to help me get an apartment, even though this would be my second apartment that i would be renting.

So when i called the corporate office, they informed me that you were in the wrong, and to say that you cant accept applications from people that work for family is absurd, and biast. They also informed me that i simply had to show your complex the taxes taken out of my checks, how ever they were taken out, and the deal would be done and i could get my apartment. But when i informed you of my conversation with corporate, you shrugged it off and did not want to take my application. Not only did you lie to me, but you made me pay $50 in application fees and 200.00 in deposits, only to steal my money in the end. You did refund me that 200.00 but you refused to refund me the $50. And when i confronted you about this again, you denied that you ever told me anything about employees working for family members.'''''' You even had the nerve to tell me "you just done make enough to get an apartment sweetie" VEen with copies of checks, from my bank!

After talking to coroprate again , they had to personally call your office and explain the situtation that you were trying to ignore, and by that point i was so irritated and aggravated with your staff and the way that i was handled, that i decided to go to another complex. Fortunatly because of my persistant behavior with your croooked staff and the corporate office, i was fortunate enough to get my fifty dollars back, And my new residence is a house, not not an apartment, that i pay for by myself, for 900.00 per month ,I hope that you have been fired by the time someone else reads my comment, and you learn how to treat people with respect. You just lost a future resident, and some dignity.
