I have had continous negative incidents here from 2005. I have never been late on my rent even once for 2 years untill my roomate had some financial trouble and it had to be late just two months ago. I was treated like a criminal and had no help at all from thier end to make it easier on me. I made lots of calls just to find out what the procedures where if it got even later and even if they did give information, it was done with a kind of annoyance air. Your credibility does nothing for you here and they are just out to get money from you.

They raise the rent every year by about 80 dollars and have never improved any part of their service or the look of the apartment. I ask you, what is the money going towards if you are not making any changes'

They dont do anything about noise complaints but the usual "call the police and file a report".

Granted the physical apartment complex is ok in my opinion, and God bless the maintenance staff for always being fast with fixings, but thier staff has gotten worse and worse even with the new management company in place. They need a WHOLE new set of people. 10 minutes ago I called the answering service to get the lanlord/management company and its address to fill out an application and got hung up on, called back and STILL had to pry it out of the lady on the phone.

Every time you have to go in and ask about a recived package or information they act like it takes all thier time and you generally feel uncomfortable asking.

If you have ANY sense at all Sunshaddow Staff and managers, you will show your residents a twinge of respect and straighten up your act, you disgrace yourselves and your company. I thought it was just me till i saw all these other comments and realized its just not a good place to be.

this is why i am moving out as soon as i can into a GREAT apartment or house at the end of march. Have a nice life and thanks for everything.
