I moved in here a few months ago so far outlets don't work, roaches,they allow their contractors to live in the apartments i fear someone will get raped, the water bill is split evenly throughout the building so you pay for other people,the pools are constantly closed, not even a month after i moved in they lowered the rent almost a hundred dollars for newcomers and free rent. The building next to us has 14 people living in one apartment and the apartment complex does nothing. Trashy people keep moving in its disgusting. Children roam the streets all hours of the night. Its not safe the lights on the walkways don't work. If you need something fixed good luck! If you have a small animal be careful residents can't control their large dogs. This is becoming more and more like a ghetto everyday.

About those contractors, I don't like how you "fear someone will get raped". Well excuse me but just because they're contractors doesnt mean that they're going to rape someone.
