HUD has had a number of phone calls about questionable living conditions, the lack of maintenance, noise, and Gang related activity thru out the Apartment Complex. They are investigating these concerns and others. This Website; http://www.hud.gov/local/fl/renting/tenantrights.cfm
is ideal for any answers you may have about your rights as a Tenant.

I AGREE THEY JUST CAME UP TO MY APPARTMENT AND SAID THAT IT IS DOING THE BEST THAT IT CAN WELL IN THAT CASE LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE!@!!!!
DON'T WORRY YOU ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 MONTHS LEFT !!!!!!!!!!! THEN YOU CAN FINE SOME PLACE BETTER IF YOUR WATER AND ELECTRIC BILL DON'T KILL YOU FIRST

I know about the gang activity too... They seem to have gone lacks on there applicant screening just to draw new tenants then screw them like they did to so many of us all ready.
