ok this could take a while if you want a place where you sweat and have to get up in the middle of the night to take a shower this is a place for you. If you are not afraid of flying things while you are on your porch and if you like the sound of dripping water every time you run your dishwasher here you go. this is the worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! I have even gone to the extent of serving them with a 7 day notice and it did nothing they sent out an ac company and the man that came out was told by kim to write on the invoice that nothing was wrong with the ac well I work for an a/c company and had on of my techs come out and they said that we needed to clean the coils and that the airhandler itself was to close to the rest and by law the are supposed to be so many feet apart and they are not. If you talk to some of the residents here before you move in you won't. The people in the office lie the only one in there that will actully listen to you is brittney and even if she can't do anything she lets you blow off steam. we moved in in november 2006 and it was the weekend of my birthday, they said yes we can get you approved and have the rest of nov free and that was a lie and the other lie was your deposit would be is one month rent well it was more than that and i didn't get the rest of nov free.
kim needs to go or she needs to stay in my apartment for one whole day and see if the ac really works because if she thinks that 85 degress at 8pm is normal she is nuts!!!!!!!!!!1 Brian with matinance staff is great he has never really given us a reason not to like him he trys but his hands are tied, lee with them is also good. sonny i can't stand her she thinks she thinks that just b/c she is the matinance supervsior that she is better than everyone eles personally i think she just takes up space.
they need to do a total remodel on the staff then the apartments, the rates are nuts!!!!!!!!1

if anyone knows how to get ahold of the the corp. office and can let me know it would be greatly appreciated!!!! i have tried top get it and can't find it and the office refused to give it to me or even the phone number.

If you ask in the office they HAVE TO GIVE YOU THE CORPORATE CONTACT INFO!! or you could ACTUALLY read your lease cause it's GREYSTAR Management and they are ALL OVER THE WEB, and AT the mail box house where they post the complex info, if you could only READ that the corp contact info is there also.

The Management Co. is called Greystar and the phone number is 813 887-4200. Good luck as I too had problems with this property.
