My boyfriend and I moved into Sunshadow in June. Since then it has been a great expereince. After the first month we saw a few roaches in the apartment and they cam and sprayed immediately. One week two months ago are ice maker stopped working. The maintnance came out and fixed it right away. I have lived in communities in the past that would never cater to your needs. The office and maintnance staff are wonderful and the community is safe. Plus we have a lake view from our apartment and didn't have to pay extra.
