I have live here since March of 2008 and will be leaving in March of 2010. This apartment is by far the most expensive apartment for the amount of square footage that I have ever rented. Along with it being very small the appliances are extremely old and don't work for crap. My dryer takes 2 cycles on high heat to dry them and I have made a total of 6 complaints to the office. The first time they replaced something which didn't fix it and then they just made excuse after excuse instead of just giving me a new one. The stove tends to catch on fire from time to time and I check under the coil to see if its food or something but it's not, also 1 of the burners doesn't work in which they haven't fixed either. Our A/C freezes up all the time, instead of cleaning it or anything they just let it defrost and turn it back on, our 2nd bathroom tub spicket leaks all the time and they have come twice to fix that already, our toilet in the "so called" master bath works when it wants to and we've gotten it fixed once already and then to top things off there is a pungent smell in the one bedroom that comes and goes. They put new carpet through the whole apartment thinking it would take away/cover the smell but it hasn't gone away nor have they done anything about it. We live on the second floor and we had a bunch of younger people living above us that like to party (which I have no problem with on the weekends or what not) but would make so much ruckus that the people on the first floor would call the cops on us saying we were making too much noise, that's just how structurally sound these buildings are. As for the office people, there so so, I think there just there for an income. I personally wouldn't suggest this place and the only reason we have stayed this long is because I was out of work for a little while and money was tight but now beautiful places are renting for the same prices as these not so great apartments so we will be out here soon enough. Oh and I also forgot to throw out there that your electrical bill will be OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

This is bogus, the staff is amazing and they show us that they are here for all the resident! They take care of any problems that may occure. I have been living here for several years and i would not live any where else. I wish whom ever stated these problems, would move out they are just being negative and there opions are very off!!!! David and Kim are the best and you should definitely rent HERE.
