don't go there on January 6, this complex went into receivership because the owners were bankrupt. don't move in now. there are at least 4 places loaded with mold, many leaking roofs, maintenance is not happening at all

Great Place to Live I have lived in Sun Shadow Apartments for 2 1/2 years and have had a pleasant experience. My first year, I lived in a 1 bedroom upstairs with no complaints so when it came time to renew my lease, I moved into one of their 2 bedrooms. The management staff is very pleasant
