This place was formerly Gables Downtown.
It is now "Water Street at Celebration".
The big mistake that was made by the new owners of this property is that they retained many of the old Gables staff memebers. Those same employees are the ones who made it so miserable to live at either of the Gables properties in Celebration.
Remember that these are just converted apartments. They are condos only by re-classification. You can still hear your neighbor's TVs and strereos right through the noninsulated 2 by 4 walls. What a con job and rip off.
