Is this not illeagal' If they do that, I guess they would have no problem taking your credit application info and stealing your identity too. Smells like a nice lawsuit there.
That one poster who raves about Gables seems to think that just because they have not had any problems with the place that anybody who does is crazy. How narrow minded. Any apartment community has satisfied and dissatisfied residents. People come from different backgrounds and upbringings and so they have different ideas about how things should be. To sit and attack someone like that because they post a negative review is really an indication that you have a serious problem. Obviously it must have been an employee not an actual resident because anyone who was that involved in what their neighbor was doing should be considered deranged and unstable.
You will find that throughout Florida, the apartment communities all look beautiful. That is where the developers invest the money because they know that that is what attracts customers. Unfortunately they cut corners on the actual building construction. Beautiful landscaping does not make it a great place to live.
That positive poster might want to try and understand that just because you have children, that does not give you the right to annoy and disturb other residents. Every tenant pays rent and has a right to peaceful enjoyment of their apartment. Most leases require residents to be considerate and keep noise to a minimum.
Usually when you sign your lease you are given documents outlining rules and regulations of that community. If people were decent enough to abide by them, then there would not be problems. The people who disregard those rules and have no respect for their neighbors are the ones who are the trouble makers, not the people who complain about them.
