nice place, poor management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Many problems getting proper maintenace completed. The office staff are noce, but do not seem competent. The place is far too expensive in relationship to the services provided. I am not sure I will stay here when my lease is up. The pet deposit is outrageously expensive ($500 regardless of type of pet)
