I have read the horrible review not only bashing the community, staff, and the company, but also all Celebration residents. I would first like to comment on the person who wrote this email. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so unprofessional and childish.
Celebration is a wonderful place to live. People come from all walks of life here and all corners of the world. I am thankful you left our town and am grateful we are no longer burdened with the likes of you.
As for Mirasol, my mother has lived at the community for almost 2 years now. I am greatful to the staff for all that they do for her. She lives alone and they handle everything from drycleaning, watering her plants, feeding Sydney (her cat) while she is away, and watching out for her. She absolutely loves the place.
Everytime I call the office, the staff is friendly and more than willing to assist.
The review posted from Thorax should be discarded by anyone who reads it.
