Dear Confessor,

The reason you were asked to leave Mirasol is you were making so much noise arguing with your wife, you were asked to leave. You left the apartment a mess, not Mirasol. Every single apartment here is cleaned to perfection upon a renter's arrival.

I have nothing to say but excellent comments about the staff, the maintenance crew, etc. As for water on the windows, welcome to Florida. Every single apartment I have ever rented here in Florida, including a home will have condensation. That is the way things are here in Florida in the winter. You say you moved 1000 miles from somewhere else, well I bet they never had humidity problems. This is what Florida is about. As for mold in the hallways, you out and out lied. In fact, Mirasol power washes the screens, and hallways once a month. Go over to Centergate and see the black mold growing on the lovely cheap white buildings there and tell me what you think! Mirasol goes out of their way to accommodate everyone who lives in this beautiful community. Since it is so bad, then you tell me why is it at 96% occupancy. I believe every apartment is rented except for maybe one or two. They must be doing something right!

Why did you fail to even mention the lovely "free" continental breakfast that is provided by Mirasol every Saturday morning' The food bill for this lovely presentation must be in the range of $200 or more and is provided by the friendly staff every Saturday morning. Not to mention how lovely the staff is who provide these "free" refreshments.

All I can say is I am glad you do not live here anymore. As for barking dogs, I can't believe you would say something like that' Have you ever lived in Centergate' Here is what you get for your money at Centergate. You can actually hear the person below you sneeze, and the person above you in the bathroom!

The day we first moved in here, it was unbelievable how quiet the apartments are and have continued to be. You out and out lied when you said you hear banging of doors from 3 floors below. Grow up, and please move out of Celebration. It is people like you who lie and the real issue is you have a violent attitude and you were asked to leave.

Tell the truth, it was you, not Mirasol that had the problem. They did everything possible to accommodate you. What you actually wanted was to live somewhere free for 6 weeks while your other residence or whatever in waiting would be ready for you to move into. So you figured you would complain, and try to pull a fast one on Mirasol. But thank God for Mirasol for sticking to their guns when you signed the lease. It specifically states if you make too much noise arguing, or are loud and abusive to other neighbors, or decide to move out within 30 days, then any concession they gave you must be returned or you are obligated. I know for a fact that Mirasol offered 6 weeks free as an incentive to live in this beautiful place. But if for any reason you decide within 30 days to move out, then you are responsible for the full month's rent and to return the incentive. You thought you could pull a fast one and live here for free. Buddy, pay what you owe, and move on with your life! Stop complaining and telling lies. That is the truth!

Again, how vindictive of this property manager. I am so glad I no longer live here. Can you say drama. Just like the property manager to lie about tennants
