We have complete documentation disproving every insane-delusional comment that the previous poster, "You Lied", has made about us and our Mirasol review.

Every item in our review of Mirasol was complete, factual and the god's honest truth. We have all the documentation to prove it point by point.

PLUS, remember the fact that Mirasol employees were caught posting these false slanderous reviews on this site. That, in and of itself, should be enough to vindicate us anyway.

We never would have even bothered with any of this if it wasn't for the abusive arrogant behavior of the so-called "propety manager" and the lack of interest about our complaints by her supervisors. These people are only interested in making money and filling vacant apartments, and any ignorant fool who thinks that "they really care about you", is obviously very naive and not living in the real world.

We were not asked to leave, as this deranged person claims. That is a bold-faced-lie. We can disprove that very easily. We have copies of all letters submitted to Mirasol including our request to be released under their "30 Day Guarantee".

In fact, we submitted our request for release early in Feb. of 04 because of all the noise issues stated in our previous review. This community was a sham and it's advertising was false and misleading. We wanted no part of it. The amount of money they were charging to rent there and the other non-optional fees they hit you with, were a complete waste of our money for what you really got. It was not what it was advertised to be. That's the fact.

Where this "LIAR" is getting these stories from is anyones guess.

And "LIAR": The apartment was not a mess when we moved out, actually it was cleaner than when we moved in because the Mirasol incompetents never had it cleaned it for us. It was disgusting when we moved in. We have letters documenting our complaints about that too. We also video taped the entire apartment after we moved all our belongings out to document it's condition. Would you like us to send you a copy' I guess this "You Lied" idiot did not completely read our review. Anyway, how would you know if our apartment was a mess or not unless you work for Mirasol. How could you get in our apartment''' Curious!

Also, how would this person know we signed a year lease and got a six week free concession'' Mirasol also offers a seven month lease with no concession. There would be know way for the average tenant to know the details of our lease agreement UNLESS IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE WHO POSTED OR AN EMPLOYEE WHO PASSED THIS INFORMNATION ALONG, WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

There was no fighting in OUR apartment, we are actually pretty quiet professional people, so we don't know where this evil person got this story from. There was, however, constant screaming from the apartment at the other end of our hall coming from those weirdos who vacuumed their apartment for a half hour every day. They screamed alot. You could hear these people all the way out into the parking lot.

This "LIAR" is also obviously unaware of all the re-construction problems and other issues that Mirasol has had with water intrusion and mold since it opened. So again, this person is talking with complete ignorance of the situation and didn't read our review or couldn't understand it.

We don't know this idiot and this idiot certainly doesn't know us, so, if kooks like this want to slander us, at least have the guts and maturity to do it to our faces. Leave a phone number or e-mail address so we can contact you and discuss this further.

We have found that the ones who claim that "they don't hear anything" and "have never been bothered by anything" are usually the ones making all the noise and bothering everyone else. That's usually the case.
