I guess we shouldn't really get too upset at the incoherent ramblings put out by hateful apartment complex employees. I guess we should have expected it, and you really have to take it from whence it came.
These are not educated professional people. If they were, they would not be working in a leasing office. Right' Stands to reason.
You forget who and what you are REALLY dealing with when you are looking around at the lavishly appointed lobby. When you walk in there you probably think to yourself: "Boy, they really pumped a lot of money into this place. These leasing people must really know their stuff to have been picked to work here." You would be wrong. Very wrong. The same holds true for the "Maximum Sound Insulation" farce.
I am sure that working in a leasing office is not on anybody's list of sought after career paths. It's just something you wind up doing because nothing else is working out for you, plus, you don't need any skills or education to be one. We know somebody's got to do it, but don't take out your frustrations about your life on customers who YOU wronged. What they do for a living is tantamount to being a car salesman: They mislead people to sell their product and make maximum profit, and have no conscience or moral compunction about what they do or who they hurt in the process. They know full well about all the problems that exist at these places, but they choose to sit there and lie to you with a straight face and tell you how wonderful it is to live there. They will never admit to the multitude of neighbor complaints and disputes they receive daily or the evictions that they carry out. To them it's all about profits and commissions. So what is a consumer (who is forced to rent) to do, and where can they go to learn the truth' (Especially if you are relocating from out of state and don't know about the area!) Well, somebody was intelligent enough to see the need for this kind of information and started THIS website where consumers can pass along their experiences. (I trust the opinion of somebody who pays rent, not somebody who gets paid by the apartment company.) But, these employees, who desperately don't want their dirty little secrets to get out to the public, feel the need to lash out and try to silence their tenants and ex-tenants anyway they can. As if the emotional and monetary damage they do to people wasn't enough.

If you read the posting by "YouLied", you will get some insight as to the distasteful behavior that this organization condones and tolerates from it's employees. Every word of it was a complete lie (and we will swear to that). If you are a current resident or a possible future resident, take a good look at the leasing agent you are conversing with. Look into their eyes and know that one of them is so disturbed and hateful that they would hurt you and your family anyway they could if they found out you exposed their incompetence to their superiors or if you said anything negative about their complex. Then ask yourself: Do I really want to get involved with people like this and do business with them'

For any human being to sit at a computer and pull something like that out of their mind (TWICE NOW on this website!)with the full knowledge that what they were writing was completely fictitious and with the purposeful intent to hurt and slander people they don't even know, then that person is really disturbed.

The other dimension to all of this, is how, because you are complaining about your bad experiences at Mirasol, then somehow you are also disrespecting Celebration too. That is not our intention. We love Celebration and we WILL be here long after these employees are just a distant memory and a fart in the wind. What people fail to realize is that many of these employees don't even live in Celebration, but they come here to work and do bad business, this can reflect on Celebration and tarnish it's image. We personally think that the Town of Celebration should implement some way for tenants in these apartment complexes to voice their complaints and concerns if no action is taken by the management companies. These companies could care less if you have a problem. They don't want to know about it or you and will do nothing to help you. To us, that's not right. We have put several calls in to various managment personnel who oversee Mirasol, but we never receive any return calls. (That is another reason why we chose to use this forum to let people know of our experiences with this organization.) You would think that they would be concerned if their employees are not performing as expected and in a less than professional manner. You would think.' Instead, all we got was a letter threatening us to keep our mouths shut.
These apartments are a big part of the Celebration landscape and we feel that the Town should care about it's residents that live in them and should care about how they are run. People should not be allowed to abuse customers and walk away laughing. If these corporations are not willing to police their employees and see that residents are treated with respect, then the Town should have the power to leverage some action on their part. We hear continuous horror stories from residents about all of the Celebration apartments, yet these same bad employees continue to linger with no repercussions for their unprofessional and incompetent behavior, mainly because no one really cares.

We think it is about time that someone started to care and put these people on the unemployment line where they belong.

We are merely telling our TRUE story of how we got hosed. You are allowed to do that in AMERICA as long as it is the TRUTH.
