At Mirasol, they LOVE their tenants so much that they hit you with lovely rent increases when your lease is up for renewal!
You don't have a choice. You either pay it or find another place to live.
Don't forget to ask them about this.
They don't willingly disclose this to you, and the increase can be substantial depending on which unit you choose.
