My husband and I read all of the reviews on Mirasol and still decided to give the apartment community the benefit if the doubt by moving in. I must say that it truly has been a disappointing experience. We were unlucky enough to move into a unit that has several issues including major wall leakage in the outer walls, carpets saturated with water and now mold growing in these leaking areas. We came to find out, after moving in, that this unit has had issues of this nature before. Management tried to offer us a different unit, but it just didn't cut it for us and we would have had to pay a higher rent.

I think that the positive reviews written about Mirasol are probably from residents that reside on anything above the 2nd floor as I have heard that there are less issues with those units. Lucky them.

It truly has been a disappointing experience for us and can't wait for this place to go condo so we can get out of our lease and find something that is worth the amount of money we pay a month in rent.
