I leased for over 2 years, then purchased a unit as soon as they became available for sale. I am shocked to read the negative reviews and can tell you I have never experienced the noise or any of the other issues. Is this the same person writing different reviews because they have an attitude about something' Is there any way to tell'

Everything in Celebration is expensive but I travel a lot and can also tell you its worth the price! Its a wonderful city and Mirasol is the best condo complex with more amenities than one can ever imagine. In almost 4 years I have never had a noise problem and have never asked for anything that wasnt taken care of immediately. I have to relocate sometime during the upcoming year and if I ever purchase another condo in Celebration it will be at Mirasol. Ha, There is no good life at Mirasol. I would definitely listen to someone who isn't a full time resident and just uses the place as a vacation getaway. And this person admits he is selling and relocating, so what do you think his motivation is for not wanting any bad press getting out about Mirasol? They haven't been able to sell the existing units that have been sitting empty for three years, so I guess this person is a little worried about trying to unload his. Good luck with your lemon, I wouldn't give you more than $120,000 for any Mirasol APARTMENT. And they are giving out their phone number in hopes of making a sales contact probably. Contact us and I'll send you all the complaint letters we submitted to GDC Properties when we were living at Mirasol that they refused to do anything about.
