That's funny because when we lived there I could hear my neighbors talking right through our bedroom wall. I could also hear the TV and stereo from a neighbor on the other side of the hallway, one floor below us. We even had to call the police on a couple of occasions because it was so audible in our apartment.
Anytime someone came walking down the hallway, all we heard was the clip-clop of their shoes on the tile floors.
Everytime someone entered or left their apartment, the sound and vibration from the slamming of the heavy front entry doors was constantly annoying.
In our apartment we could hear loudly in our unit one neighbor down the hall from us vacuuming her apartment everyday.
We were also in one of the satellite buildings and our unit faced another with the street in between. Everytime someone slammed a car door it was amplified and echoed like someone hitting a drum.
I could go on and on. It was rediculous.
I guess if I was a senior losing my hearing, I probably would not have heard all the annoying things I did everyday, but it was constant noise and disturbance for us living at Mirasol. How these people claim they don't hear anything is beyond me. When I can hear my neighbor having conversation right through my walls, something isn't right. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

what apartment were you renting? It must have been very exposed.

People forget you have a house you have responsibilities and wories. My wife and I moved to Mirasol after we sold our house in Celebration two years ago. Lawn care? Tending the pool? Landscaping? Sprinkler maintenace? Having a large party? Business meeting? Spa services? We just enjoy all the amenities and wonder why we did not move earlier. The grounds have ample guest parking and the traffic noise is not anywhere close to the Celebration city streets.Going out? Ten minutes walking to all the services in downtown. Restaurants, movies, church, hairdresser, doctors, banks, post office, anything else. We have lived in Europe, South America and some other US-States. Mirasol is great!

What you pay at Mirasol for monthly condo fees would cover a landscaper and pool maintenence for most homes in Celebration. And by the way, when you rent a single family home in Celebration, 9 times out of 10 lawn and pool care is included with your rent. I don't regularly throw large parties, have business meetings, or have any use for a spa. If you you have ample parking now, it's only because half of the units are still vacant because they haven't sold yet after many years on the market. That's the Mirasol dilema, which is why employees and realtors keep posting "happy" reviews on this website. When you are trying to rip people off by selling $150,000 apartments for $500,000 and nobody's buying, I guess you do have a problem. My reviews are honest and truthful and I have no agenda other than to warn people of my family's experiences living at Mirasol. The apartments were noisy as hell and we got no peace living there. That's the truth. What don't these poeple understand when I say I could actually hear everything my neighbors did coming through every wall and floor in our apartment? They didn't come in after we moved out and fill the walls with magical soundproofing material. It's the same apartments now as when we left the place. These poeple who claim they "love it there" and have "no noise in their apartments" are either totally oblivious to the world and living with their heads buried in the sand, or hard of hearing, or living in a unit that has vacant units surrounding it.
