We were constantly disturbed by our neighbors making all kinds of noise.

The utility bills were astronomical! This must have been due to the cheap construction.

Across the street there was an apartment that constantly had parties. We found out tha a bunch of Celebration High School kids got an adult to get a lease for them and the kids all chipped in to pay the rent. They used the apartment as a party house. They really disturbed everyone around them.

The rents here are through the roof. It really isn't worth what they are charging.
