Noise and unjustified move out charges I lived at this apt complex for one year and there was nothing but noise in the apt I could hear my neighbors urinating at all times and especially having sex the construction sucks!
I was counting my days to leave but when the day finally came they screwed me

A great place! Perfect location, a mile from I4. 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Orlando, 30 minutes from Lakeland. Great community and well maintained buildings and grounds. These apartments are just a few years old, and held up well in the recent hurricanes. There are lots of children

LOVE IT! I've been here almost a year and I regret not moving here sooner. I lived in Hunter's Creek and for the main purpose that everything was around. But, I don't mind that that there isn't much around because I love the area. It's nice and clean and everyone is nice.

COUNTRY FEELING! I HAVE TO SAY THAT ALTA GATE APARTMENTS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN. WHERE DO I BEGIN, THE APARTMENTS OUR IN A NICE COUNTRY SETTING WITH A GOLF COURSE IN THE BACK GROUND. THE APARTMENTS ARE A GOOD SIZE APARTMENT AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE REALLY COOL PEOPLE. THE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH VERY HELPFUL
