Stephanie is not a good apartment manager at all. The noise level is absurd(which is only one of the problems). I, along with many other tenants complained about this problem frequently. After she sent out letters "threatening" eviction to EVERYBODY(so which really meant nothing to anybody) she started Blaming the "60%" good tenants for the problems saying that we don't attend any communityy functions and other nonsense like that. If I don't like a person's behavior, tell me, why would I want to hang out with them' I actually thought that she was trying to resolve the issues at first. But then I saw she wasn't. I saw her go to her mom's house one day. Some tenants were hanging out in the breeze way of the building, which is against rules. She walked right by like she didn't see anything. On another occasion I was tryung to get to my apartment. Some tenants were sitting on the steps and would't move. She saw these violations and said nothing. You can't make a change in the community if you are a part of the problem or if you uphold the wrong doings.
