THe locaton is great,the gulf view is gorgeous but that doesn?t mean that you have to accept being screwed on the price and the amenities or treated like ---- by obnoxious people who are all smile when they want you to sign but full of gimmicks after.Paying for safety but doors always open and guards do not move from their chairs or even answer to hi.Management and staff are arrogant and only attend to may be half the customers.Elevator always broke,fire alarm constantly ringing,a/c broke half of the summer,meter readers totally off and trash odors lingering the halls in addition to a restaurant in 1st floor,-i am still waiting for them to come and spray after 10 months- parking is a nightmare,cockroaches tend to multiply at a exxagerating rate.Since it takes at least five times to reitere your demands of solving any maintenance problems in individual aprts,-it tooks 7 phone calls to fix my bathroom-promises fade quickly away,the pool is nice the exercise room is too cold or to hot.........so please do not spend your money in this expensive crap place the only thing you?ll be paying for is the location and the beach and that you can drive to anytime anywhere in florida.

follow your instincts after you visit and do not fall for any other diatribe .
