After reading the previous comments all I could add is the following. Some of the previous comments forgot to mention the huge problem with the fire alarm system of lack thereof. I moved into the apartments in Fall 2001 and could not wait for the one year lease to be over after the 2nd month. The alarm system began to malfunction about a month into my lease and all we kept on hearing from the management was that the system was being upgrade. I left in December of 2002 and the system was just beginning to be put in place. They did not have a sprinkler system in place and were instead because of current regulations being asked to retrofit the hallways to put in a system. The location is wonderful I can not debate that, but the service and lack of attention to resident concerns by the staff leaves much to be desired!
