I won't buy one. It's a great location but I won't risk the assesments. There are major plumbing problems. The apartments and hall have repeatedly flooded with DEEP water. Water has come pouring down the walls and out of the fuse box quite a few times. That has to have left a lot of mold damage.

I can't believe they mover Marilyn to the new management company. She'll be a major problem for the condo association.
