Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
We have lived in 880 Mandalay for almost 2 years. Yes, location is great, but not for the rent prices and the inconveniences. The lack of maintenance, leaks on the roofs, foul smells from the garbage shoots that emanates towards the hallways makes it an unverable place.
Recent renovations are cheap, just take a look at the elevator vinyl(ugly) and without taste.
Yes, if you like to be waked-up to false fire alarms, bagging on the roofs, leaks while you exit the building, covering you nose as you leave your apartment and taking the elevator praying, yes, praying !!! that you don't get stock (lack of maintenance and no inspections), THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Additional fees include assisting to pay the Management's electricity bill due to incorrect meter readings.
