Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2001
On 12-11-2001 a 20 year old woman was raped and murdered. They caught the murderer, by the 11 PM News, however management?s response was less than appropriate concerning the "unfortunate incident".
Residents were notified and interviewed by the Clearwater police and discovered what had happened at the beach resort, instead of being alerted by management that an aleged homicide had occured on the property, earlier in the day.
