do not live here! dont let the beautiful location fool u. the management is awful. they're a bunch of incompetent people who have no idea how to do their job. there is always something wrong with the water and the cooling systems in the apartments. the alarm system keeps going off for no apparent reason. bottom line..if all u care about is being able to step on to the beach..live here..else forget it. the place sucks.
