Bad Idea

If you enjoy kids fist fighting in the parking lot and a management company which will raise your rent over $300/month each year, this place is for you! 880 was a wonderful place until about a year ago. Do me a favor, forget about "living on the beach", buy a house with a pool and enjoy what you deserve!
