Constant Flooding, A/C rarely works, frequent false fire alarms

Flooding with water pouring down the walls and out the fuse boxes is a regular occurrence as are failures of the A/C in individual apartments and throughout the building. If you love the smell of mold 880 is for you. Of course, you will get some air at night if you actually leave the building during the frequent false fire alarms.
The new management is really bad. Repairs can take weeks and the attitude is that they are to busy with major building problems to take care of individual apartments.
Yes the gulf view is beautiful but it's no fun living without A/C in Florida in the summer.
