From 880 to RBC...still the same problems,as well as more new ones

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006
I have lived at 880 for 10 years, moved out during the conversion and moved back because it is truly the nicest spot on the beach....as well as the WORST property on the beach!! Nothing has changed since it was apartments. The condo conversion only brought on a new set of problems. The condo association is trying their best to deal with all the problems, for the owners. But from a renters perspective, it is a very poorly run community.
