I have always been one to be skepticle about online rankings of apartments, however, I would definetly AGREE with everyone else who says NOT to move into these apartments. From the day we moved in, we have had nothing but trouble with this place. They will tell you one thing, and then another, and could care less about how they treat you. All they care about is their money, and they are completly disrespectful to their tenants. You pay a decent price for a community that is supposedly gated, but the gates are never working. The gates have worked probably 1 week of the 4 months that we've lived here. And even when they are working, there is no added security because you can walk right onto the property from the business building that is in front of the apartments. The gate does not go completly around, so they are pretty much pointless. These apartments would be soo much better if the office staff were all fired, and then new ones hired who are trained on customer service and how to be respectful to another person. Yes, the apartments are decently built with newer appliances, but the way the office staff treats you, it is sooo not worth it. We have lived here for only a few months, and are already looking to end our lease early, which we have never done at any other place we lived.
