Here is another formal complaint regarding apartment **** or **** whichever you prefer. The noise still is consistent everyday despite your
7 day notice. This problem has been going on since May 21, 2007. I have been upstairs to let them know of their noise, called the police, written complaints on June 4, 2007 and have called the office on June 7, 2007 to find out what was going on. All I hear is a bunch of excuses and no results! Again, today just like every other day it's thump thump thump. And before you start with the "You have to expect a little bit of noise" speech, NO KIDDING! I have lived in apartments since 2001!! The noises I hear are disrespectful, inconsiderate of your neighbors noise! How much do they weigh''' 300 pounds''' I again have left as message on your answering machine but I know it will fall on deaf ears or even better, I'll get the "never received your message" speech. Whichever you choose obviously it is not about making your tenants happy!
