I've lived here since the complex was built a year and a half ago, and overall my experience has been great. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. There is a lot of space and they really paid attention to detail. There is crown molding, a large garden tub, cherry wood cabinets, brushed nickel fixtures, and a large walk-in closet. Maintenance has always been done within a couple days of when I put in a request, and I have only had to ask for them a couple of times for minor things. I did have a friend who lived in a different building on the other side of the complex, and he didn't like it as much because of his neighbors. I never had any problem with the neighbors on my side. For the most part, everybody seems to keep to themselves. I've seen people of all ages and ethnicities and lots of families. It feels like a family-friendly, safe environment. You'll be hard-pressed to find another new, luxury-style apartment for this price.

Obivously, this moron works here. The place is horrible and over run by Section 8 housing.
