We've lived here since they built this place. When we first moved in it was great ! We had always parking space available ,gate worked,no hooligans at the pool...
Now, there is no parking space if you get home after 8pm ! The gate hasn't been working for more then 3 months......if you take all the time that the gate was working fine since we first moved here ...it'll probably add up to 3-4 months.
Rent is above $1100 a month for a 2bdrm. however, there is a section 8 and nobody ever told us about it...and I guess they dont have to according to the law ,but if I would of known that Drug dealers would live in the same complex....I would never moved here in the first place. YES THERE ARE DRUG DEALERS HERE I HEARD!
I'm paying more then the pinellas average for a 2bdrm appartment and that's because I wanted to live in a place where people like Drug dealers,welfare cases and gangsta wannabes wouldnt be around....I guess I got #$'!%@ over , cant wait to move out....However, The apartments are visually very nice, both inside and out, a lot's of room.....
The solution for this complex would be to get the gate up and running , get rid of the current menagement and all the office staff(keep the maintnance though)and fix everything else on the property that needs fixing, the young girl working in the office spends more time putting her make up on and on Myspace.com then actually working.... when she works on weekends you can call all day long she'll never answer the phone and even if she does..she tells you to call later or the next day!
The other manager ......she lives up in the sky...thinking that she's above everybody...making less then 30K a year..leasing a car and wearing fake
name-brand sunglasses...I think McDonalds managers make more then that person ;-). The office manager is not a bed person, it's just that she cant get order..she's too nice, I'd recomend to her to man-up and get rid of other managers and the rest of the office staff and start over !
I love my neighbours though...they are great..that's the only positive thing about these apartments

1st of all it's called "DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER" and not "Deformation of Charactor" like you wrote (character..not charactor lol ) a character can not be deformed it is not a physical thing ;-)
