We are currently buying a house and getting out of this apartment complex. Within the last 3 days, there has been 3 break ins on vehicles!! They will not let you break lease because of safety. Their cameras do not work, their gates do not work and section 8 housing has moved in! My neighbors are nice, but the management is horrible and very unfriendly!! I will say that the maintenance men are very fast and prompt if anything goes wrong in the apartment. Out of 4 apartments I have lived in, this is the worst!! Even though they advertise gated community/cameras, I have been told by management that it is not for your safety, but their own due to insurance purposes!

I agree with this review!! I saw a nice looking Tahoe with it's window smashed all over a baby sit. The Section 8 familys have taken over the complex and it's getting bad. I saw a man using the restroom in the lake by the pool, with an Beer in his hand. My husband approached him and he said He didn't even live here, but his boys apt. is on the lake. The people from the trailer Park are always at the pool. The place is a Ghetto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
