There are only two good things about this apartment complex. The apartments are nice and the maintenance personnel here are the only ones that know what they are doing. It is time to move on to the negatives about this horrific complex. The office staff is clueless about their assigned duties. If you work in a leasing office, shouldn't you be able to answer questions about a lease' Good luck getting a call back if you leave a message. I know I left three and no response. You might as well kiss your deposit good-bye too. In this complex there is no such phrase as "normal wear and tear". Now for the icing on the cake, my vehicle was almost stolen during broad day light due to the gates not working. I am glad that I fulfilled my leasing agreement and I am out of there.
